The success indicators for Academic and Career Readiness are identified for each grade level band on the Cradle to Career Roadmap. Each is representative of a critical step in a student’s academic journey towards becoming a productive, contributing citizen while sustaining a career in his or her community. The Pillars of Support--Parents and Family, Education, Government, Business and Labor, and Community and Faith-Based--provide necessary scaffolding to ensure that the milestones are achieved.
